Our most-built bar, laser-cut in-house to suit all GU Patrol Series 1–4. The DIY kit turns up pre-bent, notched and ready to tack and weld — the hard part (getting every cut and bend right) is already done for you. If you can lay a basic MIG weld (or know a mate who can), you can build it in a weekend.

GU Patrol S1–S4 Plate Bullbars

⚙️ Product Overview

Designed to suit all GU Patrol Series 1–4 models, our plate bullbars are engineered for strength, fitment, and ease of installation.

• ✅ Supplied standard to suit low mount winches
• ✅ Optional fitment for standard or +76 high mount winches (on request)
• ✅ Built to fit 7" spotlights, with clearance for 8.5" lights if mounted forward
• ✅ Supplied raw (unpainted) as standard
• ⚠️ Non-airbag compliant – for off-road use only
• ❌ No chassis cutting required, unlike many other bar designs

🧩 Fitment Note – S1–S3 Models

These bars were originally designed for a sleek, tight fitment on GU Series 4, while still accommodating a high mount winch.
They've since become popular on Series 1–3 models, but due to differences in the front end, a larger gap is present between the bar and grille on earlier models.

For customers running these bars on S1–S3 without a high mount, we offer a matching infill panel to cleanly fill the gap:

All DIY kits must be built to the car to ensure accuracy and alignment. Please check all components for fitment before you begin, and contact us immediately with photos if any parts don't seem correct.

Due to the bulky nature of these bars:

• We highly recommend shipping to a commercial address with forklift access to avoid extra freight fees.
• Don't have one? No problem — we can arrange pickup from depot locations Australia-wide for more affordable options.
• Residential delivery is also available but will incur a tail-lift surcharge due to size and weight.
