This is a full RHS-based structure using a mix of 50x50, 50x75 and 50x100 RHS, all precision laser cut with slot and tab construction for accurate alignment and repeatability.

If you're chasing a tray you can actually use — load it, strap to it, work off it — this is it.

Main Structure

• 50x50x2 / 50x75x2 frame & 50x100x2 RHS headboard
• Fully laser cut with interlocking slots & tabs
• Designed for consistent, easy assembly

Rear Section

• One-piece rear tailboard – laser cut & folded from 3mm mild steel
• Suits Jimny style LED tail lights (lights not included)

Headboard

• 2mm aluminium laser cut & folded mesh infill
• 3mm steel lower infill panel

Mounting Options

• Universal laser cut & folded tray mounts – available in 0°, 5°, 10° & 15° offsets
• 150mm tall

Side & Infill Panels

• 3mm aluminium tray guards
• 2mm aluminium front & rear infill covers
• 3mm mild steel rear number plate infill panel (to suit Stedi Mini flush mount lights – not supplied)

Supplied Hardware

• Number plate lights
• All bolts & assembly hardware

• 2 x Stedi Mini flush mount lights
• Fuel filler neck (depending on vehicle & positioning)
• Floor sheets
