🔧 Build your own GQ Patrol Tourer bullbar — and save serious coin doing it

Our GQ Patrol Tourer tube bar is laser-cut in-house to suit all GQ Patrol models (1988–1997), with clearance for up to a 2" body lift. The DIY kit turns up pre-bent, notched and ready to tack and weld — the hard part (getting every cut and bend right) is already done for you. If you can lay a basic MIG weld (or know a mate who can), you can build it in a weekend.

Engineered to suit all GQ Patrol models from 1988–1997, compatible with up to a 2" body lift. Built with strength, function, and off-road presence in mind.

📐 Technical Specifications

• 🔩 CNC cut and folded 6mm mild steel centre cradle with airflow slots
• 🔧 Chassis-mounted U-style wrapping brackets, secured with 4x M14 bolts per side
• 🧱 40NB x 3.2mm wall tube for top hoops and side wings
• 🪓 3mm dimple-die infill plates for front and top wings
• 📡 1x aerial mount per side hoop
• 💡 All packages include LED blinkers

• We strongly recommend delivery to a commercial address with forklift access.
• No commercial access? We offer depot collection Australia-wide.
• Residential delivery available with a tail-lift truck surcharge.
