🔧 Build your own GU Patrol tube bullbar — and save serious coin doing it

Our GU Patrol tube-style bar is laser-cut in-house to suit all Series 1–4. The DIY kit turns up pre-bent, notched and ready to tack and weld — the hard part (getting every cut and bend right) is already done for you. If you can lay a basic MIG weld (or know a mate who can), you can build it in a weekend.

Prefer it done for you? Fully welded options are available too.

Our GU Patrol Tube Style Bullbars are designed to suit all GU Series 1–4 models, offering clean styling with high-strength functionality.

• ✅ Supplied standard to suit low mount winches
• ✅ Optional upgrade to suit standard high mount winches (on request)
• ✅ S1–S3 bars are designed for 7" spotlights, but will fit 8.5" lights when mounted forward of the hoop
• ✅ S4 bars accommodate 8.5" spotlights with no modifications
• ✅ Supplied raw and unpainted until further notice
• ⚠️ Non-airbag compliant – for off-road use only
• ❌ No chassis cutting required

All DIY kits must be built to the car to ensure accuracy and alignment. Please check all components for fitment before you begin, and contact us immediately with photos if any parts don't seem correct.

🚚 Shipping Information

Due to the size and weight of these bullbars:

• We highly recommend shipping to a business address with forklift access to avoid additional handling fees.
• Don't have one? No worries – we offer pickup from collection depots Australia-wide to keep freight costs down.
• Residential delivery is also available, but will incur a tail-lift truck surcharge due to freight size and weight.
