Our GU Patrol flat-style plate bar is laser-cut in-house to suit all Series 1–4 — a tighter, more aggressive fit. The DIY kit turns up pre-bent, notched and ready to tack and weld — the hard part (getting every cut and bend right) is already done for you. If you can lay a basic MIG weld (or know a mate who can), you can build it in a weekend.

GU Patrol Flat Style Plate Bullbars

⚙️ Product Overview

Built to suit all GU Patrol Series 1–4 models, this flat style bar features a close-fitting design while retaining compatibility with multiple winch setups.

• ✅ Supplied standard to suit low mount winches
• ✅ Optional for standard or +76 high mount winches (on request)
• ⚠️ IMPORTANT: On Series 4 Patrols, winch fitment is not possible if your vehicle has a front-mount intercooler, due to the tight design
• ✅ Designed for 7" spotlights, with room for 8.5" lights when mounted slightly forward
• ✅ Supplied raw (unpainted) as standard
• ⚠️ Non-airbag compliant – for off-road use only
• ❌ No chassis cutting required whatsoever

Due to size and freight restrictions:

• We strongly recommend shipping to a business address with forklift access to avoid additional charges.
• If that's not available, we offer collection from freight depots Australia-wide to help reduce shipping costs.
• Residential delivery is possible but will incur a tail-lift surcharge for fully built bars due to weight and dimensions.
